Requirements

? Graduate of any of the following disciplines-Behavioural science, HR management course, Industrial Behaviour, Psychology or other related courses.
? Post-graduate studies on human resources development is an advantage.
? Minimum 5 years experience in Training & Development; experience in the private healthcare industry is an advantage.
? Exposure in a JCI accredited organization is an advantage.
? Well-versed in all the facets of the training and development cycle from training needs analysis, to development, implementation/facilitation and evaluation of training effectiveness.
? Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:- Leadership and Management training; Behavioural and Experiential programs; Quality-related programs.
? Familiarity with IT related training (software and systems) will be an advantage.
? Excellent computer skills.
? Proficient in the use of the English language - written and oral.
? Excellent interpersonal skills and must have the ability to plan and organize people development activities.
? Proficiency in the Arabic language is an advantage.
? Proactive, results-driven person with high energy levels.
? Well-organized and well-developed time management skills.
? Must be a team player, customer-driven with good planning and analytical skills.

Key Outputs
? Reporting to the Manager: Training and Development.
? Team leading responsibilities.

? Conduct of training needs identification/analysis.
? Development of training plan based on the outcome of the training needs analysis.
? Design of in-house, customized training interventions.
? Plan, organize and implement assigned training activities.
? Responsible for managing training investment.
? Evaluate effectiveness of training interventions and identify opportunities for continual people development.
